We would love to connect with an occupational therapist who:

• Is a licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Texas.

• Has experience or a strong interest in pediatric occupational therapy, autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.

• Is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approaches.

• Understands the importance of sensory regulation, co-regulation, and child-led play.

• Values authentic connection over compliance-based therapy.

• Enjoys collaborating with speech-language pathologists, families, and other professionals.

• Is creative, flexible, and willing to individualize treatment to each child's unique strengths and support needs.

• Is eager to continue learning and growing as a pediatric OT.

Experience with sensory integration, DIR/Floortime, feeding therapy, executive functioning, or supporting children with complex sensory and motor needs is especially valued.
